This notice is given in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Data Protection Code to users who interact with the company’s web services, accessible via internet at the link https://www.carmix.com which corresponds to the home page of the official site.

This notice only applies to this site and not to other websites that may be accessed by the user through a link. It complies with Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17 May 2001 by European Personal Data Protection Authorities, united in a Work Group as per art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, to establish certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and in particular the procedures, timing and nature of the information that Data Controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
